Our hosting provider may process basic request and security data when you visit. If you accept optional analytics, our analytics providers may also collect information including:

  • IP address and approximate geographic location
  • Browser type and version
  • Operating system
  • Referring website or source
  • Pages visited and time spent on each page
  • Date and time of your visit

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Respond to your inquiries and provide requested services
  • Send you newsletters and updates you've subscribed to
  • Improve our Site, services, and user experience
  • Analyze usage patterns and Site performance
  • Comply with legal obligations and protect our rights
  • Communicate about our services, events, and content that may be relevant to you

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information in the following limited circumstances:

  • Service providers: trusted third parties who assist us in operating our Site and delivering services (e.g., email providers, analytics tools, hosting services). These providers are contractually obligated to protect your information.
  • Legal requirements: when required by law, regulation, or legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of PADMG AI, our clients, or others.

4A. Paddy AI Assistant

When you open Paddy, an essential, secure session cookie connects your browser to its own conversation. We store a limited conversation history in Supabase so you can reopen it for 24 hours from the start of the session. After that, it is unavailable to the chat and is removed by the next scheduled cleanup. The browser does not save a separate transcript in local or session storage.

We remove common contact details, tax identifiers and credentials detected in chat text before sending it to OpenAI to generate replies. This filter can miss information. Please use general business descriptions and keep passwords, financial identifiers and customer records out of chat. Our OpenAI requests disable response storage for later API retrieval. This does not eliminate all provider retention, such as abuse monitoring;OpenAI's data controls describe those practices. Conversation text is excluded from our analytics events and masked in optional session replay.

Paddy's tools provide information and prepare drafts. They cannot send a lead, email a resource, enroll you in a newsletter or book an appointment. You must review and submit the separate form or complete the scheduler. Clear chat deletes this session's history and cookie. It does not delete an inquiry or resource request you already submitted, an appointment, provider security records or aggregate usage counts. Contact us to request deletion of separately submitted information.

5. Cookies and Tracking

The Site uses only essential storage until you choose whether to allow optional analytics. These technologies may include:

  • Essential cookies: necessary for the Site to function properly (e.g., form submission, scheduling).
  • Analytics cookies and similar technologies: help us understand traffic, interactions, and performance. Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Microsoft Clarity, Vercel Web Analytics, and Vercel Speed Insights load only after you accept analytics.

You can change your choice at any time using the Cookie settings link in the Site footer. Choosing Essential only keeps optional analytics disabled. If you withdraw prior consent, the Site disables those tools, removes analytics cookies it can access, and reloads the page. You can also manage cookies through your browser settings.

6. Data Security

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Data Retention

We retain personal information only for as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, our configured provider settings, and applicable legal or operational requirements. Analytics retention is governed by our settings with each analytics provider. When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it where reasonably practical.
