The Founder
Sergio Padilla
Founder & Principal AI Solutions Architect
Sergio spent two decades operating inside real businesses before AI was a headline: mortgages, insurance, and business funding. He has run teams, built processes, and carried a quota, so he designs automation around how a company actually runs, not around a demo.
Today he architects AI-powered systems for small and midsize companies: intake and follow-up automation, assistants trained on your operations, and the connective tissue between the tools you already pay for. He participates in both the Claude Partner Network and OpenAI Partner Network, with AI governance and security credentials from Oxford Saïd and Securiti AI alongside certifications across AWS, Google, Anthropic, and Salesforce.
He leads every engagement personally, backed by the engineering bench at padilla.dev, the development group behind the PAD ecosystem.

How we protect your data
Your environment, your data
We define where systems run and which providers process data. Customer-owned accounts, approved cloud services and private deployments have different boundaries. Your scope records the agreed architecture and access controls.
Scoped access & audit trails
We agree who can access each system and what they can do. The scope defines permissions, change logging and retention around the controls available from each provider.
AI vendor due diligence
Provider selection includes reviewing data processing, retention and model-training terms. Available controls depend on the product and plan. Special requirements are agreed before connecting client data.
Full ownership transfer
Your scope defines ownership, documentation and administrator access at handoff. Third-party components, licenses and subscriptions retain their own terms. You receive a clear path to operate and maintain the system.
Incident response
Security measures are defined per SOW. For managed engagements, we monitor system health and respond to issues within agreed SLAs.
Team training included
Every project includes security-aware usage training. We teach your team safe prompting practices, data handling boundaries, and when to escalate.
