The Founder
Sergio Padilla
Founder & Principal AI Solutions Architect
Sergio spent two decades operating inside real businesses before AI was a headline: mortgages, insurance, and business funding. He has run teams, built processes, and carried a quota, so he designs automation around how a company actually runs, not around a demo.
Today he architects AI-powered systems for small and midsize companies: intake and follow-up automation, assistants trained on your operations, and the connective tissue between the tools you already pay for. He is an approved member of both the Claude Partner Network and OpenAI Partner Network, with AI governance and security credentials from Oxford Saïd and Securiti AI alongside certifications across AWS, Google, Anthropic, and Salesforce.
He leads every engagement personally, backed by the engineering bench at padilla.dev, the development group behind the PAD ecosystem.
